Joseph Heckman, PhD runs Neshanic Pastures LLC in Ringoes, New Jersey. He is a Rutgers University professor of Soil Science and teaches courses in Soil Fertility and Organic Agriculture.
Mike Rassweiler, the co-owner operator of North Slope Farm, in West Amwell Twp, established in 1994, and first certified Organic in 1997. They have for almost thirty years provided organic farm products to our communities.
Mary Parr, L.Ac a food as medicine activist, teaching and leading over 2,000 people in the last decade to connect to our planet through baking their own sourdough bread using organic local flour. She is the founder of Sourland Wellness and Sourland Bread in central NJ.
